Called, someone answered, got put on hold for 14 minutes and hung up on. Called back and no answer. This by far is the worse place I have ever dealt with.
I went to my appointment in March.got my glasses 2months later when I drove up there because no one answers the phone.when I get up my glasses are wrong so she reorder them,went back after a month to check on my glasses guess what wrong again.So she asked me if I would like for Nikki to reorder them I said no that I wanted a refund because I paid for the line not to be on the bifocal. I am a 70yr old grandparent of two beautiful children. I've always taken them to your office for their exams and glasses. Since COVID no one answers phone calls to makeappointments and the doors are locked,
If I could give these people zero stars I would have. I can never get a hold of them and the time of my appointment they were closed!! Like seriously so ridiculous I don’t understand how they are even open still
