If you need the best optician in town, it's Karla at Family Vision Care on Fry. Recently, I got a new glasses at one of the eyeglasses stores in town whose adjustment services were less than perfect. So I've tried other opticians in town for perfect adjustment service without success. Finally I met Karla at Family Vision Care. Now I am so happy. For any eyeglasses need in future, I will surely go to Karla at Family Vision Care.
I was mixed up with my appt and they were great about it and fit me in! The Dr. was patient and explained everything to me. And they were wonderful helping me pick out new glasses. Highly recommend them.
I moved to Arizona a year ago and needed to find a new optometrist who accepted VSP insurance. I checked Yelp and saw that Family Vision Care got high ratings. I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. The staff and the doctor are very friendly and personable. The doctor takes the time to explain everything to you and has been in practice for over 30 years. The staff was very helpful in helping me pick out my frames and checking me out. Haven’t purchased glasses there—yet. They helped me a couple of times when my frames broke and did so very reasonably. Also replaced the tiny nosepads on my wire frames with much better versions. Class act all the way!
Outstanding customer service. Dr. Michaels actually takes time to go into detail about your eye exam. Very nice admin team in the front. You'll feel like family when you come here.
