We've been members for a long time: perhaps since they opened. They're always happy to take our money, but rarely admit to, or fix a mistake they make. I recently rented two movies and found out when we tried to watch them that the locks were still on the disks. When I took them back the next day the girl told me she'd remove the locks. I pointed out that removing the locks now would do little good since my wife was back to work on midnights for the week. No other solution was offered except to take the locks off. I've been a Family Video member for about 3 years now and I love the prices and movies that they provide but I've never received service from here above good. They always seem to be either rude or upset or because they're rushed, they just forget to say thank you and what not. Another thing is that I've never had them answer the phone. EVER.
