I have never had a problem with family video, until now. I had checked out several movies and brought them home. The next day we went to watch the movies we didn't get to, when we watched the others, and I put the movie in without looking and it was not the movie that the case was. Not a big deal, I called they said to bring it up and they would exchange it out and I did.
