I had a small problem when I went in yesterday. I got home and realized worker didn't take off the security tags on the DVDs, so that was a bit on an inconvenience. When I went back in, the manager apologized and gave me credit on my account. So basically i got the movies for free and then some. It's because of their willingness to accept responsibility for their mistake and compensate for my time that I give them 5 stars.
