I have not rented from this place in like 10 years but got an email from them reminding me that my movies are due. I called and all he said is we will look in to it to see if it was a mistake with the phone numbers how can it be a mistake???? Dont yall id people if i remember correctly we had to show id to rent the movies 10 years ago!!!

So done with this family video. Their staff needs to be retrained. So many issues in the past few weeks i will never go back. First i order marcos pizza and a movie and of course they bring me the wrong movie. I was told i would get a credit that was applied to the wrong account. Last night i rented a movie and Kayla tells me that if i can't returned the next day i can call and rent it for another night for $0.50. I called today to do that and the guy working there said he never heard of it. Done with this place.

The store is fine, and my family and I enjoy the movie and game selection. However, last week on the way into the store we got a huge dose of reality. A woman and young boy were getting into their black truck listening to a radio station where I clearly heard something in reference to niggers and jews. Wow, I couldn't believe I witnessed first hand a mother teaching her child to become a proud racist.
