Have not been to family video in several years. I went to get movies for a sleepover for my kids and apparently I had late fees from a previous visit. I paid and asked for a print out just out of curiosity to see how long ago the late fees are from. I was charged $3.99 for having a late fee and 1.49 was the late fee. I paid the fee no problem but after reading the print out I feel like your company stole money from me. The fee for having a late fee is over double the price of actually having the late fee.
