Unfortunate that Family Video is closing. Especially this location since there really isn’t much to do in this area.
A real shame this place is closing. There is a woman who really cares about this place, and the company in general named Missy that works here. She was EXTREMELY kind, informative, and helpful to us when we visited. This company will have a great loss when they finally part ways with her. A total shame to see this place closing. It's nice to go to a "video store" like I did growing up. This closing is a great loss to the entire community.

Very disappointed on the customer service that I received multiple times when I rented movies. The ladies are nice and they are very quick to answer questions. But there is a younger gentleman. Skinny guy in the Belvidere store that always has an attitude. He is always short with customers and myself. I have not gone to rent movies all that much just to bypass dealing with this gentleman.
