At least 50% of the DVDs are scratched! It's such a pain to sit down to watch a movie and get 20 minutes in only for it to stop playing. Save yourself the trouble and go to red box.
i couldnt agree more! cant believe i cant find that many reviews on this store until i came across this one. i went in there several months ago with my aunt and grandmother and my aunt ask one of the ladies there (this was around 7 pm, or so) about a movie but she was trying so hard to talk to her in her broken english. so this lady said im sorry but i cant help you. you will need to get a translator. as i walked towards her i heard her tell the other lady there" why cant these mexicans learn english!" oh my gosh..for goodne... read more
store smells like wet rag. they really need to get someone who cares about their store. this store has no one other than caucasions working there. makes me wonder why. i like to go to a video store and see someone who is diverse and bubbly. im sure if they had that they will have more business. but thats just my 2 cents.
