Family Video closed it’s Shawnee, KS store with NO NOTICE! When I called the Olathe store to get some information as to why the Shawnee store closed, the employee on the phone cut me off and said, “Don’t ask me why that store closed.” Real compassion for a customer who no longer had a video store to go to!
change the store hours back!!!!
They had a used video now sale that I had been waiting on getting. And when I went to check out I was told I couldn't have it.
I'm watching the movie and at the end the movie starts to skip and mess up they also need to make sure they get more than one copy of a movie so they can do something with the scratched ones But the Great Customer Service Nd Friendly People keep me coming back
