I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life.
