If I could leave negative stars, I would. The owner is incredibly rude. I asked for light (minimal) layers and she said that there's only layers or no layers, no such thing as light layers. Then, she spent 20 minutes talking to someone off the street while she was cutting my hair. She only spent a few minutes cutting my hair and rushed me out the door. I was the only customer there! For a place that barely ever has customers, they need to work on their customer service skills.
I’m so disappointed I came in and asked for layers and this is what I got !!! This is suppose to blend in ??? So unprofessional . The lady was so aggressive and rude. My hair is just ruined
