9:00 in the morning on a Monday I go in to make a large deposit before traveling and I'm greeted with a sour face and silence. No hello good morning how are you, no thank you, no is there anything else I can do for you. Just a sour face bad attitude silence and a demand to sign here. With the amount of money I was depositing I would expect a little better treatment. Makes me think I should just withdraw the money and give it back to Founders where it came from. This Branch used to be top-notch customer service. 10 years ago.
My teller Cynthia was very knowledgeable and helped me resolve all of my issues. She truly went above and beyond! Thank you so much
Mrs. Sion has been more than helpful to me, explaining how credit works and what options are available to me to start building credit as a young adult. She’s is very personable and down-to-earth (humble and easy to communicate with). Mrs. Sion made sure all of my questions were answered before ending the call, which was very considerate! I don’t write reviews often, but writing this one has been my pleasure :)
