NEVER have all the lines open and for whatever reason the one line they do have open is ran by someone who’s also taking people inside. I waited from 1:50-2:01 at the window and had to hit the call button to get my money back to get my kid from school and his excuse was he was helping clients inside.
Working with Mr. Roosevelt at the Celenese branch is always a delight. He's professional, kind, and really personable. We're all big fans of Family Trust!
Ashton Starr helped me to start the process of building my credit, as well as Ashley, big helps! Update: Sion was awesome, she was very friendly and made it easy for me getting my direct deposit information. She went the extra mile for me as well helping me find a loan consultant I’d talked to before so I could follow up on a credit card. I’d forgotten all about it, and Sion got me the info to get it figured out! 10 out of 5 stars! Give that girl a raise!
