I want to start off by saying this score is not reflective solely on my experience today, but over the course of the last year's experiences with this branch. I used to love this branch. They had wonderful customer service. Now, it is the exact opposite. The staff barely greets you and the last 4-5 visits I have made (over a year because I rarely need to go inside) they have acted like I am more of a burden.
