Professional, and caring about the trees on my property.
I've had only good experiences with Family Tree. We have some ancient (and declining) oaks in back of our house. Family Tree understand their value to us and help identify which limbs should come down in order to preserve the life of the trees. And, their staff are efficient and courteous.
Just had to share what a GREAT job the guys from Family Tree Service did yesterday removing dead and dying trees on our property. They got the job done in a couple of hours, left the wood cut and neatly stacked for our use while taking away all the debris. Everything clean and tidy when they left. Highly recommend Family Tree Service!
Excellent professional work with climbers that were amazing to watch, especially when changing trees that were 6' apart. Its amazing to see what can be done with ropes and experienced workers.
I have had two separate interactions with Family Tree and both were excellent. One crew did a great job last year on our driveway, which has lots of overhanging oaks. The crew this year worked on a large Live Oak that is too close to our house. Both times the evaluator came out first and created a plan. The crews then came out and implemented the plan. Everyone showed up on time and as expected. Thank You, Family Tree! (FYI, the wrong gmail account is showing for this but I don't know how to change it!)
