“Muy mala experiencia en esta oficina médica. El personal de recepción fue poco profesional y desorganizado. En varias ocasiones brindaron información incorrecta, lo cual genera desconfianza como paciente. Además, es evidente que están más pendientes a sus teléfonos personales que a atender a las personas que estamos esperando servicio. El trato fue frío y poco amable. Definitivamente necesitan mejorar la atención al cliente y la ética profesional en el área de recepción.”
My experience was terrible… I made an appointment for them to call me only one time a day prior when I reached out to them 3-4 times that day to see why I was receiving a call from them. I get to the office on the day of my appointment at the other location which I originally wanted to go to since they were mainly an adult office since I also needed a physical for school and was informed they’d fill the form for 25 dollars. Thank you for the discharge it was the best thing you ever did since your staff don't know how to do a referral and front desk chick's are rude and nasty I never got the help I needed from your office anyway it smells like mold and your service sucks so anyone who goes thier becareful they don't treat you or help you at all
This is the first doctor's office that I come to that the staff is so helpful so nice and your doctors are amazing. There's not enough words to express how great this staff is
