Llevo mucho tiempo viniendo aquí no tengo queja de los doctores pero es Orrible el tiempo que te hacen esperar en ocasiones hasta más de 1 hora
No atienden los teléfonos para pedir los refill que los dan mes a mes a un tratamiento de tensión. Para mí como clínica no sirven no hay a te clon al cliente los médicos debe cuidar eso ellos trabajan bien pero el personal no atiende las llamadas
I had a 9:30 appointment today and arrived at 9:15. Despite repeated inquiries, I was not seen until 10:55—over an hour past my scheduled time. I informed the staff I needed to leave for work, yet no consideration was given. The facility enforces fees for late arrivals, but they completely disregard their patients’ time. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience, and I will not be returning
