Honestly not a good place to work some of the staff and even management will be in some type of weird competition with you especially if you are good at what you do …… The residents on the other hand are very nice but the work environment is Toxic .
They have been caring for my brother for years now and the staff is always caring and keeps me updated with concerns. My brother loves being in a home environment and joking with the staff.
Family Tree Homes has been an excellent home for my sister to live in. The owner puts the care of residents before profits and she hires great quality staff without a high turnover rate. We are so grateful for Family Tree Homes and the excellent care they provide!
