I loved family tree and everybody i had an interaction with. I would definitely recommend Family Tree Home Care! They are very caring, respectful,helpful.
DO NOT Recommend! If you care for your loved ones and need reliable services look elsewhere. I have 90 year old loved one that was transitioning into nursing care that needed care 8 hours a day. Some days they were late, some days they left early, some days they just didn't show up at all. Some days they didn't even call to tell us after the start time if at all! As a healthcare professional myself I find this UNACCEPTABLE and have reported this to the Ohio Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid due to ... read more
