(Edited review) The staff here are largely great, but in a recent visit Dr. Zamora lost my good faith. I have autism and can be overwhelmed in one-on-one discussions very easily. I had self-diagnosed with something and asked for help. Instead of telling me in one sentence his stance on self-diagnosis, he took 5-10 minutes straight *lecturing* me. The actual doctors and staff are very sweet, but the referal office is the worst. They repeatedly leave my referals on their backlog, doing *nothing* while i wait on them for weeks. They only do something if I call and complain, saying they'll make it "high priority", then it's done the next day. The doctors themselves prescribe meds based on how long itll take to get a referal, saying they'll "tide me over", seemingly unaware that the referal office plans to ignore me for over a week. The best primary care clinic! I’ve been going since 2012 and they always give me the most care when I’m sick or in pain. They have the best referral programs to other doctors that are specialized with CLS. They have best team! Highly Recommend PRN Jesshia Mathews and Dr. Zamara.
