I was referred to Mark by friends in 2010 for couples counseling. Worked with him for a year. Moved to Texas and found him again in 2017 on YouTube. Working with Mark Smith, I have gained more self-awareness and have developed compassion for myself. I have done tremendous healing from childhood wounds. Our marriage was saved through months of intense therapy sessions with Mark Smith. I learned that the marriage issues does not just stem from identifying what you don't like from your spouse but issues of yourself, that is deeply rooted from childhood trauma. Our marriage was saved but there is still a long way to full recovery, so I'm sure we will bee seeing Mark soon in the future. I highly recommend Mark Smith for both self and couples counseling.
Mark met with me and my husband at a time when it was either therapy or divorce for us. Through a period of 6 months, he helped us to not only save our marriage and get us into a healthier relationship, but to work on our own deep childhood traumas.
