Mark and his crew did fantastic work and removed the tree in our backyard safely professionally and with care to our property. They cleaned up the worksite, removed the excess lumber and even filled in holes and reseeded grass where needed. We couldn't be happier with the care, professionalism and efficiency of Family Tree Arborists. Thanks again.
Can’t recommend this place enough! Our neighbour’s kitten was stuck high up in a tree for several hours with a hawk trying to get to it. We couldn’t find anyone with the necessary equipment willing to come help. Mark was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and thankfully the kitten is home safe. While I hope there won’t be a high need for future cat-rescuing services, I would definitely recommend Family Tree Arborists for any tree-related needs!
Our cat ran up a tree, no one would come help us, including the fire department. There had even been a hawk that landed beside her before someone threw a pinecone at her, and the fire department did not care. We called this guy and he was there in 15 minutes. He got our cat down in like 10 minutes. 10/10 recommend.
I can’t say thank you enough for Mark Canaran coming out after my cat, Willow, got suck up 30ft in a tree for 3 hours. We gave him a call and 15 minutes later he showed up and ready to get her down. This gentleman is such a kind soul! It’s great to have such a great community, with such an amazing company to take time out of their day to help others.
Mark and his very skilled team did an excellent job taking care of our tree needs. They cleared away a large willow that fell during the recent freezing rain storm. They also did excellent maintenance on other trees on our property to keep them healthy and safe. Mark and Mike are very knowledgeable arborists. The team was also very friendly and respectful. The price was very fair. I highly recommend calling Mark for your tree needs. Thanks Mark and team.
