Day before yesterday (2/17/25 )a person representing from Family tree and land scaping came to my house to cut tree branches, he made a verbal contract to cut some branches of trees over my house, today(2/19/25) three people came and did not do the job which was agreed, when I complained about it, the person who had made the contract, hid in the truck and a large young person told me that he was the owner and did not let me talk with the person who made the verbal contract. I hired them to cut down some branches that were hanging over my fence making my yard a mess. As a single mom of three, the pricing was better than the 3 salesman who tried to offer pricing to cut it before. I’m very grateful for fast service, and great pricing.

I hired Family Tree and Landscaping to remove a couple trees, they were professional and prompt
They drove by and saw I needed to have a stump removed, gave me a quote and I agreed to work verbally, said they would be by the next day before Noon to do the work and gave me a card, saying they were doing work in the neigborhood. I really hate to give bad review but they never showed up and never contacted me. I waited all day for them , giving them the benefit of doubt. My time is just as important as their time. Unforntunetly, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They only post good reviews on their website.
