I brought my car in for its 5,000-mile Toyota service, and during the work the technicians left grease or dirt marks on the interior door fabric. It appears they touched the interior with dirty hands, leaving visible imprints on my macadamia-colored interior fabric . I take great care of my new car, and this is completely unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience.
After having a poor experience at a Toyota service center in Collin County, Henry Tran and the team at Family Toyota of Burleson helped me out with servicing two cars without an appointment. This is the place to go for car service. 👍

*****Update***** Ms. Alex kept me informed, and they were able to locate the issue. They said Catalytic Converter 2 is the problem this time, and it will be replaced. I’m hoping this finally resolves the issue. _______________ Help me understand why this is the second time (on Saturday, November 15) I’ve had to replace Bank 1 catalytic converter due to code P0420 , and now (5 days after) the check engine light has come back on again.
