Top tier service from every person at the dealership, facilities rank at Mercedes or BMW level of quality (to include amenities & coffee/refreshments etc.). Wait times can vary depending on what you're having done, but its never inconvenient, and you're kept apprised of vehicle status; they will always work within your schedule. I previously wrote a negative review and said I would change it if my experience today was good. I am only changing my review from a one star to a 5 star because of William Tilghman. When I got to the dealership this morning there were 5 cars ahead of me. William approached me and and asked how I was doing. I was honest and said not good. I bought my wife's car there and we have all the service completed there. My wife has had a few issues with the service department not completing the jobs that they were paid to do. Today I go to put windshield fluid in her car, because they failed to do this yesterday when we took her vehicle in for service, and I noticed that her radiator fluid tank is bone dry.
