Yesterday evening while traveling through a storm, I caught a flat and had to get off the closest exit to find assistance. I was in a small town (Micro, NC) and the tire shop I initially approached was closing and refused to help me. I was able to make it to a gas station 2min down the road to try and see if it would hold any air and needless to say I was SOL. Was moving my family from Florida to Virginia and had a blowout at 430 AM. Called them and the tech on call said the earliest he could get to me was about 8:30-9. He came out before 8am! The tire that blew out was sold to me by another shop who told me it was new only to find out it was over 9 years old AND did not meet the weight and safety standards needed for me truck. Best place ever! Was on a 16 hr roadtrip when three of my tires had bubbles and I had not a clue needless to say everyone was so nice and the most helpful people! Absolute life savers🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Soooo thankful 🙏 for the mechanic still being here after closing time of 7pm.. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP! Needed air in ALL 4 TIRES and without hesitation politely said it would be a few minutes he was changing tires on a truck and in about 3 to 5 minutes came over to my car and filled them all with air. He didn't want anything for it so I said thank you and left.
