I stopped by because I thought there was something wrong with my tires and assumed they needed more air. The technician checked everything and explained that I actually had too much air in them. He took the time to explain how tire pressure changes between summer and winter and what I should be doing to avoid the issue in the future. !!Beware!! $225 reopening fee for after hours work!! My wife went to their shop on Sunday 17 May 2026 to get a patch to reinforce a plug from roadside service. She was on here way to the beach with 3 teenagers for a vacation and wanted a little more protection for the tire. I understand that there is a extra service fee being Sunday (after hours fee), but $225!!!!!! reopening fee is crazy. With the reopening fee and patch the bill was $292.06!!! I’m so thankful that Family Tire Shop was there for me and open until 7 pm! I’m from out of state and had a complete blow out on a country road. I was terrified that I might have to get on the interstate with a donut tire and the road service guy told me about Family Tire. I arrived there a little before 7 and they couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable.
