Got 2 used tires. They put one on backwards (inside out).Caused all kinds of vibration and noise being tire was on backwards. Didnt even call to get it fixed being I bought a brand new set of 4 tires myself from TireRack and they would be in later in the week. I called them to ask for a price for 4 new tires mounted balanced installed. 40 bucks a tire! Insane price. You can get a used tire for that price elsewhere. Way over priced. Go to Rockside Tire. The guys at Family Tire Shop were great! I had trouble finding a tire place close to me that was open later than 5pm since I could only go after work. I had a blowout the day before and was driving to and from work on the spare. They were able to make sure my rim wasn’t damaged, get a new tire on, and even replaced the valve stem for me. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and they were friendly and honest. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Excellent service! After I thought I had exhausted all my options to get someone to come to my location and fix my flat, this company truly came through. They arrived at my home within 45 minutes of my call and did a phenomenal job replacing my tire and getting me back on the road, all at a very fair price.
