I can't say enough good things about the service I got here! I am a solo female traveler in a Class C motorhome and I had tire trouble. Tyler went out of his way to help me get my tires and safely on my way. Evan was very kind and helped watch my dogs while my rig was getting fixed and the whole experience was stress-free. Prices were great and I would highly recommend this place
Great local shop for all your tire needs. The employees are helpful and very friendly.
First experience, I dropped by to see if they could take a look at a shake in my front end. Just a simple inspection and diagnosis. They asked " what do you want us to do ?" I said again I just wanted a service tech to diagnose my shake , again they asked " Well what exactly do you want us to do ?" Now a bit frustrated I said let's just do a tire balance and start there and see if there is anything loose that would cause the shake. They tell me I'd have to schedule an appointment. They will only use parts from them; refused to install dealership-bought brakes and rotors. So, yeah, they lost my business, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Oh well!
Traveling from VA to NE OH when my low pressure light came on and tire pressure was slowly dropping. A search on my map app brought up Family Tire & Service. Service was exceptional. The manager was accommodating.
