I've been going to this place for a year and have paid a lot of money to have work performed on my 2 vehicles. I recently had a problem and talked with the new manager. Let me tell you about him: Rude, doesn't let a customer finish their sentence, not even willing to call the customer after having a problem, instead, he had his front desk person call me to leave a message on my cellphone. Too bad this place lost all my business forever and won't be recommended to anyone I know.
DO NOT trust this repair shop. Had my Jeep diagnosed June 2019. The mechanic listened with his stethoscope and told me the grinding, clinking sound was my transfer case. Scheduled my service at the end of June so they had enough time to order the transfer case. I was told it would take 4 days to install. Repeatedly called after the fourth day to check on the status, the repair still had NOT been started, But ‘he’ was getting around to it that afternoon. I understand your frustrated because you've been paying the finance company twice a month for almost a year and didn't recognize what it was for. I don't know why you didn't take the extra $730 on your credit card balance from back in July 2019 and pay the finance company back but, this is out of our hands. The team running the front are very helpful. Stopped in to have a flat checked out. not fixable. They put on my spare and did not push me to buy from them. I will be back to visit them when i need work done on my cars. good guys stop in and chat with them.
