I can't say enough about Gene and Jamie with Family Time RV! My husband and I were stranded far from home when we had a major failure on our camper. Gene and Jamie worked after hours to come to our rescue and worked long after dark to repair our camper. Sadly, parts from the manufacturer were needed to make the repair but Gene made a temporary fix so that we did not have to stay the night at a gas station. The gentleman I spoke to, I believe his name was Jim, was very helpful and willing to work with us to fix our issues while we were traveling. He went as far as to try to help us over the phone. Would highly recommend to anyone who is needing RV service or repair.
Wow! What a great service team! We were staying in Valdosta overnight and experienced an unexplained power failure. Gene and Jamie worked us into their schedule on short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem. We required a special fuse and they went on a search and located what we needed! They came back and had us on our way within 30 minutes. We were in a bind post hurricane and needed some help with repairs. They were very kind, super helpful, and took great care of us! We definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
I am leaving this review as my personal experience with Gene. I was sold a brand new lemon from Dometic AC. I paid over $2000 for it. Dometic referred me to this business and at 1st things were looking good and I thought he’d come and look at this AC to see if it’s a manufacturer problem. I have been experiencing nightmares with Rv repair men and many of them said they’d help me only to not help at all.
