Excellent service and very professional. We had a couple of repair people come out to fix our air conditioner and no one was able to take care of the problem. Family Time Mobile RV came in and gave us options. Fixed first time. They explained what was wrong and options to get it running. Not only did they make our camper cool again they also helped us out with other repairs that we were putting off. Very reasonable pricing and they get results. Would give a 5 star review for the work they did for me last July (25) before our big trip. Gene and Jamie went above and beyond the call to get me taken care of and our unit ready for our big trip. Upon our return in Oct, had a few wear and tear issues that a long trip (8650 miles) will cause. I contacted them and FINALLY got a hold of them. Left Messages on 02/25/2026 at 10:35 a.m. and on 02/27/2026 at 3:21 p.m. and Never had a call back! That doesn't say much for service expectations.
Gene is amazing his knowledge, personal demenor, sense of humor and his professionalism is a "10"!!! He is so friendly and accommodating i feel like not only did he fix our refrigerator but we now have a new REAL FRIEND!! HE AND HIS HELPER ARE TRULY COUNTRY HOSPITALITY, ! My insurance was unable to help me, one person I was able to get a ahold of showed up stripped the bolt of my RV's flat tire then said he would be back with the right tool ended up blocking me and never showing back up. I called Family Time Mobile RV Repair & Service LLC. After sitting on the side of the highway for 15 hours these guys were the ONLY ONES who showed up and actually helped my family and I.
