Penny is absolutely the best to work with. I live in Florida and needed to order flowers for funeral in her area. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in placing the order. She assured me that the order would be delivered an hour prior to service and will send me a picture of the flowers....best customer service I've experienced in a very very long time. Thank you Penny...if I need flowers in the future you will be my first contact.
