I dont think ive ever experienced a phone call like the one i just experienced he was abrasive, did not try to help me in any way, had no explanation of why he was refusing to do my taxes except for him having the IRS in his office recently regarding a different situation smh and rushed me off the phone it was all very sketchy do yourself a favor and try somewhere else
