Would not recommend for couples. Initially was referred following a cancer diagnosis and the load it placed on our relationship…. However our appointments focused a lot on our individual upbringings and negative experiences without giving any methods of working through traumas or giving us anything to work toward together. In hindsight it magnified our issues and made our situation a lot more stressful.
