Receptionist rude insisting father has to use patchs when he’s no good on a smartphone or computer. Adding stress & anxiety to a complex need and not being able to book an appointment is not right for an elderly patient. Patchs is not mandatory regardless what they say. Usuall fob off
Good luck getting a doctors appointment for some simple antibiotics they will send you to A&E. As fully booked yet not a single person in the waiting room
Patches is terrible. Receptionists can't agree on whether I need to use it or not, depends if they're in the mood.
I’ve never known a receptionist so rude and inconsiderate in my life !!! My partner was diagnosed with bipolar and he needed an up to date sick note to get paid as he’s been stopped from working because of his condition and she was so awful to him it was disgusting ! How is this receptionist still in her role esp working in an environment where they thrive on care and compassion absolutely disgusting !!!! I work in healthcare and for him to be spoken to like that is unreal !
