They are very lazy and not responsible. They kept losing our paper work and kept asking for more stuff even after taking all the classes, back ground check and even the home study. They just waste your time. A year of our time was wasted!! Save yourself the time and find another agency. They aren’t all about the kids!! Horrible agency to deal with!!!
Their phones operator option seems to always go to a busy line. However, they have an option to submit a ticket online which they responded to within 3 hours which I consider to be pretty quick. Additionally, I went up to the office in person to expedite the process before I got that response to my ticket. The FSS team are amazing. Very helpful, responsive and kind! This team works so hard to help these children and families and do not get enough credit.
