I have been trying to get ahold of these people because I have no snap card I was issued one but it was never sent to my address I’ve had mailing issues which I told them they said we will have your card sent to our office and we will call you when it is here it is faster that way the man said it has been two more weeks my fridge is empty I still had no card I can’t get ahold of anyone online or anyone on the phone and I am now disabled I can’t just drive over there…. Absolutely ridiculous can't get a single human being on the phone no matter what option you choose. They're worthless 800 number won't even let you check the balance on your SNAP food stamp card all you get is a stupid government recording every number you call. And all that tells you is what we already freaking know. Thanks for the help folks
