My experience from members of the care team at Family Care was excellent. My first encounter with a team member was with Dr. Klum who competed my initial intake assessment. Dr, Klum was on time and completed an indepth assessment. She was patient, clear, answered all of my questions and was professional and pleasant. She gave me an overview of the care process with time lines. Dylan was the physical therapy aide assigned to me.
