I am so happy to have seen Dr. Gelinas for my 7 year old son. We were struggling to find the right ADHD meds for him and nothing was quite working. We were having a lot of negative side effects and I felt hopeless. Finally we saw Dr Gelinas and he gave us hope. We are still in the process of tuning up his meds but I couldn't be happier with the staff and the doctor. My new therapist left the practice unannounced after my first appointment in February 2023. No follow up was sent to patients about future scheduled appointments letting them know that they were cancelled and why. The billing office the. waited 9 months to send an invoice or collect insurance information. Super nice staff gave us unbelievable service. During this pandemic, they don't leave refrigerator and microwave in the room. But the room service carried both appliances to the room after we raised our request. Great location to walk at campus. Highly recommended.
