I absolutely love this place. It’s become my second home. The classes are fantastic and they have literally changed my life. 7 months ago I made the decision to join and I will be here until I can’t! 🩷
FSF is a wonderful gym, with plenty of equipment. They offer a host of classes, and everyone in the gym is helpful. Mr. Rasheed will greet you with a smile and is very help around the gym. If you are looking for a gym, just sign up and don’t worry.

Our whole family loves this gym! It has such a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff is always kind and helpful, the facility is clean, and there’s plenty of equipment and classes for all fitness levels. I especially appreciate how comfortable and non-intimidating it feels — whether you’re coming alone, with kids, or just getting started on your fitness journey. It truly feels like a community, not just a gym.
