Last Tuesday I took my father in law to see the doctor. My father in law had blood pressure over 222 and his heart rate was at 34 the doctor didn't even take his vitals! I did! He has been in ICU for the past 3 day's pending surgery!! He could have passed at home of such a low heart rate! I would NEVER recommend this doctor!! Lastly, every time I tried to reach them no one would answer the phone! I had to call and call and call more. Pathetic practice!! I just started going to Dr.Lin this year and I love it! He makes me feel comfortable and addresses every issue. We’ve been working on figuring out what is wrong with me and it’s being done right with the proper lab work and medication. I feel so much better than when I first started going :)
Bad customer service and I m not a patient yet. I scheduled an appointment online to see the doctor a week in advance, and a few days later I received an email that my appointment was rescheduled for mid February. No one called to ask me if I wanted to reschedule or cancel. This office assumed I m available the day and time that they rescheduled me for. I replied the email immediately.
