My husband and I 100% do NOT recommend using these guys for a home study for adoption. The social worker we had was terrible. Came to our home several times, coming late, leaving early. Making us leave our jobs several times for short visits, adding extra expenses for herself by coming several times. The attitude we dealt with was also very unprofessional! The providers here are professional, knowledgeable, kind, and actually care about their clients. Their clients aren’t just some case number to throw a work book at. They provide a warm, inviting, and non-judgemental environment that brings a sense of calm in times of chaos. I have been to many other facilities where I was dreading appointments with, but not here. I reached out to them 4-5 weeks ago via phone for counseling needs. They answered took all my information and said they would get back to me. Nothing! So i reached out again about 3 weeks ago via email and gave them all my information again. Nothing! Apparently they are not here to help people. Even people with money in need of help. This is truly sad
