I reached out to them 4-5 weeks ago via phone for counseling needs. They answered took all my information and said they would get back to me. Nothing! So i reached out again about 3 weeks ago via email and gave them all my information again. Nothing! Apparently they are not here to help people. Even people with money in need of help. This is truly sad

I can't really speak for the in office therapy of FSS yet, but the company as a whole has been amazing to my family. The BHIS workers have been such a huge support to my children, particularly Darienne. I cannot speak enough about her. Darienne is calm, kind, she is creative, fun, easy to work with, and she is always bringing new ideas on how to engage with the kids so that they can make it through their appt without getting too distracted. Our family was lied to and waisted our time. My sister needed court papers and this place told us we would get them and then after going and seeing them more than once they tell us they don't do that. Then sent us a bill for $301. For doing nothing but lying and waisting our time.
