The owner Julie McGill started running for state senate and completely dropped the ball with this business. Her employees have no idea what they are doing in office. Their employee walked out and abandoned my mom, their client, and when the office was contacted they said it’s a Sunday and nothing they can do, and when I told them I had to work, they told me if I didn’t call off my job they were reporting me to APS for abandonment. I’ve been a client of Family Solutions Home Care since October 2025, and the employees are beyond amazing! The owner is so sweet and loving, and so are the employees. I've been getting home healthcare in Ft. Wayne for going on 16 years. The multiple companies I was with for the first twelve years were... not great. Most didn't care, we're hard to reach, and were either dismissive or downright hostile and abusive. The majority of the aides I had were unreliable; you never knew if they were going to show up or not. Many stole from me and almost all of them did a terrible job.
