Started therapy here about almost a month it’s been. VERY impressed of my therapist Tom! The #1 thing that sticks out to me that this is working & he is helping is at the end of the sessions he asks me what helped today. None of my past therapists have said that. He is definitely not for just the $$$. He is there to help. Really impressed by the service too as well with the receptionist. Love that it’s close by my work too as well❤️ All stars definitely deserved :)
My son saw a counselor here for 4 weeks and we liked her a lot, then we found out she was leaving the practice. I spoke with Jessica, patient coordinator, and was told we would be put on the waitlist for a new counselor. That was FOUR MONTHS ago, and I have heard nothing since. I've called, left voicemails, sent emails, and contacted others at the office (and have been patient and respectful) - no one will respond to me. Very frustrating.
They really care about patients and families. Reasonable cancelation policy and quick to respond. Virtual counseling is a plus.
