Happy with dentist that pulled my jaw tooth but the staff failed to call in my pain medicine and when I called the office she said “Sorry it’s after 4:00, she can’t promise anything.” This is PATHETIC! It’s Friday and she could care less that I’m in pain. I want Dr. Jensen to be made aware of this! I’m mad!!!
Christi Diaz- FA/Admin was absolutely amazing, so sweet and patient! She made sure that all of my needs were met right up until I left the dentist. All of the staff overall were amazing and friendly. One girl even brought me a a warm blanket and offered me water while I waited. I am so glad I found Family Smiles, everyone truly operates as a family and that adds so much value to a business! Great job to you all and thanks for being so kind.
Excellent Hygienist (Mary) and Assistant (Yadira). Great team that gives you helpful advice and a great plan for your recovery!! I highly recommend Family Smiles of Lubbock!! The Doctor on staff is excellent Dr. Sutack. (I hope i spelled that right)

Was in a lot of pain and they got me in same day. Were very friendly and professional, explained everything that would happen during the treatment. Have always heard how painful root canals are, but they made me so comfortable that I didn’t feel a thing. Would definitely recommend
The staff is kind, considerate, knowledgeable of their jobs and if you ask a questions they are unsure of the answer they tell you that and will find the answer right away. Dr. Weber may look young but don't let that fool you because his chair side manner is amazing, he is proactive with your dental care, and truly has an interest in serving the community. Very nice experience better than I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Young lady that dec xrays was awesome and front desk ladies were amazing
The nurses were super friendly and make you feel comfortable. I love that they also have payment options. Over all great experience.
Be prepared to wait. Both times I've gone there I've had an appointment and still had to wait in the waiting room for an hour to be seen.
