As a new patient that hadn't been to the dentist in far too long I was very nervous, but the dentist gave me a pat on the back and encouragement for coming in, which is exactly what I needed. I have so far received a deep cleaning and the hygienist was amazing, very gentle and super nice, and I am happy with the results. My experience at Family Smiles has been pleasant and I'm so glad I reached out to them in my search for a local dental team.
I have been going here for years. The billing department has gone downhill. They kept trying to charge me the family deductible per person under my dental plan instead of the individual deductible. I explained it to one person and she did nothing. When I went in today they were going to charge me again for the family deductible instead of the individual one and they finally fixed it but still frustrating . It seems like they are over charging people if you don’t notice or say anything.
