The worst dentist office all the way around!!! I have never seen a dentist office be madysen because you choose to go elsewhere and hold xrays to prevent your child from being able to get care elsewhere. This office is insane and unprofessional!
First time at this location and let’s just say hands down beyond the best from me checking myself and my daughter in for our 6months cleaning the hygienist was very professional and spot on with what I needed along with my daughter met the dr for the first time and OMG!!!! I would give zero stars for the unprofessional visit I just had if it woluld allow me. Six months ago I traveled 35 miles from ATHENS and had my teeth cleaned because this is the only place that accepts my insurance useless you want to go to Atlanta. My first visit was Quick I thought though and everyone was professional . Rude staff and rude doctor with zero tolerance for the fear that comes with going to the dentist. Horrible experience. Paid for an extra deep cleaning and cleaning took less than 20 minutes was told that was my only option; seems from other comments that's just a new patient cash grab. I was so traumatized by her complete lack of bedside manner or care during my cavity fillings and the treatment of my fear during that; zero compassion.
