Had an appointment scheduled from 6 months ago, drove all the way here to see that they’re closed. They couldn’t even call to let their patients know. So unprofessional. I could’ve looked for a new dentist if they let me know and saved me the time. Called the number on the door and was told they are now bought out by some dentist and his location is in Allentown, (over an hour away from where I live) or I can wait until they reopen this location (they don’t know when that will be). Absolutely ridiculous.
They always cancel the appointment and say they will call and never call back for reschedule that’s not care about others smile and health
I had a good experience during my initial consultation, but every subsequent attempt at an appointment has been a disaster. When I returned for the actual wisdom tooth surgery, I was told that my insurance was no longer accepted and that I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for my insurance to be reinstated, or pay out of pocket and be reimbursed later by my insurance. Had dentures done through these people. Dentures don't fit properly. Went in for adjustment. Still didn't fit properly. Called for another appointment. Was told it would be 6 months. I waited the 6 months, was ready to drive an hour to get there only to find out they're not open. I'm lucky I thought to call to confirm or else I would have drove 2 hrs for nothing.
