Awful customer service!!! I’ve tried to call several times during normal business hours to schedule my sleep study. I called several times each option says “the person you have reached at extension 202 is unavailable” a beep then a dead line. After trying different options on their phone tree to try and get someone. An incredibly rude and condensending woman answers the phone saying how busy they are. NOT MY PROBLEM LADY!!! It doesn’t say leave a message after the beep...nothing of the sort. There are other sleep centers thi... read more

I've had the same basic experience as everybody else. My doctor requested a CPAP titration and I was referred to this company. I was told it would be take a week for insurance approval. I called after two weeks, and I found out that my insurance company denied the procedure, but the sleep lab never informed me. They said that they would resubmit the request. Another week goes by. I call my insurance and they inform me that they cancelled the second request because it was a duplicate (also, didn't have proper clinical data). ... read more
This company was a very bad experience. Took 6 weeks. Imagine having a sleep disorder where it takes 6 weeks to find out what the recommendation is? Also, there are 'on staff doctors' that try to be your doctor and interpret your study, when in fact it is a technician that does all that. Stay clear of this company if you have a choice, and if not, go into this process with 'eyes wide open' (no pun for your sleepy folks like me) because you will not get an honest answer or be treated like a customer or a patient.
