This company is/was so unpredictable. I NEVER saw a doctor. They were not good about answering the phone or returning phone calls. They called to schedule supplies and then never followed through. They billed my insurance for JUST a phone call - what???? Run, don't walk from Dr. Bruce Cheatham or Dr. James Siminski. Their website is also now defunct.

Notice there's a review here by Gabby Nieman. She's an employee of FSD. That's dishonest, and that's what you'll be dealing with. You'll see that was part of my experience with them Serious lack of professionalism. Simply put: 1) Mercedes didn't file on her end with our insurance, until the time to do so had almost run out. We had to get heavy handed with her in order for this to happen. Prior to that, she told me twice she was waiting to hear back from the insurance. Staff is very caring. My coordinator Gabby is fantastic! She went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to work the equipment and her customer service is fantastic. I am sleeping better then ever, thank you!
