Group bought the house next to me out in the country. Previous residents had left the place a mess, within a few weeks I have seen a great effort by the company to clean up the house, trim and work the landscaping, and start to move the mountains of trash that were around the neighboring property. Very much appreciate the care and attention to getting this property back in line with other properties in our neighborhood.

A couple of months ago, my father-in-law passed away unexpectedly. My mother-in-law was not going to be able to live in their house alone. We needed to sell her house fast and find a facility for her. Someone gave us Jessica's name and number. This turned out to be a godsend. Ben and his team went above and beyond to make a deal work with my brother. It was a very difficult situation and I’m in another state. They helped me immensely to figure out what can and can’t be done and put me in touch work contractors to work with. While we just couldn’t get the deal to work (not their fault - back taxes due, etc.), I can’t say how much of a relief it was to find them and have someone to work with in the area.
