As a senior homeowner, I know firsthand that it's important to be careful of who you talk to and trust. I can't say enough about Ben, Jessica, and Family Shepherd and how much they care. And they do exactly what they say they are going to do. I get so many phone calls, postcards, and false promises on offers to buy my house that were scams or someone who just wanted me to sign a lowball contract. Jessica was so unbelievably nice and professional throughout the entire situation when helping me with the process of selling my home. As older homeowners, we really appreciated how Jessica made us feel respected and comfortable. We know some seniors worry about being taken advantage of by other companies, but she insured the process was smooth and trustworthy for us. Overall, everything was hassle free and we highly recommend them.
