rude and unprofessional. literally asked me one question and then hung up on me.
There Should be an option for zero stars. This Session was the worst I’ve ever had. The Social worker therapist for outpatient help, with a 2 year master’s degree, Would not listen or retain any feedback each person was giving. It Caused unnecessary trauma that will be improved with healing at another provider.
If I had the option to give no stars I would. This place is useless. I have been here only 3 times I'm my life over the span of 10 years. My third time was yesterday seeking to go to anger management groups the lady behind the counter who needs to stop dieing her hair jet black because it's not helping her look any younger must have a six grade education. I have insurance to cover the group but she said I have to have I care insurance what ever that is. Apparently my insurance isn't good enough for them. Just another useless... read more
I got kicked out of the program because someone in my group harassed me, and I told my support people. They said I broke confidentiality. It's not a safe environment.
The quality of the staff is below average; by a lot. The staff acts like psychologists when their training yields social work. They overstay their appointments (which bills insurance $125 per 50 minutes), are regularly late for the appointment, and have deplorable mental health training. Sub par at best. I don’t recommend ANYONE coming to Family Services of Green Bay, Wisconsin.
