My overall expirence with these people has been nothing but horrible. Today I was accused of having someone else speak for me, but the Indian lady that I could barely understand, then when I asked her about it SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Now theres apparently 107 people "in line" and the next available date for someone to call me is 3 weeks from now. Absolute BULL$&/T but good enough for government work I guess.
It’s very helpful to be able to speak to someone from dss if necessary.
Easy and nice helpful people.
