How hard is it to talk to a human being here? Spent from 9am to 1230 trying to get to a real person only to have to jump through 50 other automated voice lines that give me NO CONNECTION to a real person. Tried calling to verify my first aid training class will be held there after 5pm because the start time is 5:30pm for the class but the building hours are only open til 5pm and the address for the class is at this building and there’s no live person. You just go around in circle and they give you a list of numbers for nothing that pertains to me and my reason for calling.
