Tried calling to verify my first aid training class will be held there after 5pm because the start time is 5:30pm for the class but the building hours are only open til 5pm and the address for the class is at this building and there’s no live person. You just go around in circle and they give you a list of numbers for nothing that pertains to me and my reason for calling.
No use in making an actual appointment when they will make you sit there for hours to not even talk to a person face to face but sit you at a desk with a phone. Made an appointment for 10am for an interview just to be told it's going to be a few HOURS! Why did I just waste my time with extremely rude people. People wonder why us citizens are getting pissed off. Lady at the front desk really needs to learn how to speak to people. Most people coming in here need help and she is just rude, mean, and ignorant.
