I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Hillsboro Family Support Division with both Sonya (a supervisor) and Dee (the office manager). Unfortunately, my interactions with them have been extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Dude I cant get real person I been at the office 3 times my issue still not resolved they want me call the number how can I if I cant get agent I tried all the numbers im getting so mad something in ur system has to change !!!!!!!
How hard is it to talk to a human being here? Spent from 9am to 1230 trying to get to a real person only to have to jump through 50 other automated voice lines that give me NO CONNECTION to a real person. I just want my EBT card so I can feed my child. It's been a month! No card. No call. No human interaction. I feel like something needs to be fixed here.
