I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Hillsboro Family Support Division with both Sonya (a supervisor) and Dee (the office manager). Unfortunately, my interactions with them have been extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Dude I cant get real person I been at the office 3 times my issue still not resolved they want me call the number how can I if I cant get agent I tried all the numbers im getting so mad something in ur system has to change !!!!!!!
