Family Services has helped me for approximately 10 years! When I first came to find FS I had been through traumatic experiences and had no insurance. I had major depression, anxiety and PTSD. Through lots of counseling and time I am now able to cope and live my life again! I will forever be greatfull for the team at family services!💜
Family Services was there for me when I needed counseling the most. I was matched with a therapist who specialized in PTSD recovery (and yes, recovery from PTSD is possible!). After completing the program, I am able to continue a therapeutic relationship with my counselor for maintenance and trouble shooting. They have 2 people with a 30 person line. Just for them to not be able to help you with anything and you waited in line for a phone ne number they could have posted on the door. Which makes you wait an undisclosed amount of time just to send you to a person who won't listen to you, doesn't care and just sends you to another person to wait another hour or three. If you have mental health issues don't go here it will only make you want to kill your self more. Watching how little they care about a human life is depressing.
My husband sees Dr. Bernie for individual counseling and we both see Jasmine Spradley for marriage counseling. We are so grateful for the impact counseling has had on our lives. I've had no trouble with communication, scheduling appointments, billing. Per my husband, Dr. Bernie is fantastic and my husband really enjoys his solo session. I can personally attest to what a great bedside manner Jasmine has. Really suggest making a call if you even think it might be beneficial to you.
I have been working with this company for almost two months. This has been a terrible experience in my opinion. I went to this company to seek outpatient help, however was only able to receive therapy (that was semi helpful.) My rating is based on their poor communication. Because they failed to tell me not once but twice that I failed to meet the “criteria” to be on leave from work this had a great impact on me financially, especially during this pandemic.
